2053 RESULT It's all over in Dakar and Senegal join the co-hosts, Botswana and Ivory Coast in the finals of Equatorial Guinea and Gabon 2012. 2-0 the final score in their match against DR Congo. Meanwhile it's stoppage time in Bamako.

2029Senegal are on top in the game in Dakar - but the BBC's Hans Masro, who's commentating on the game for BBC Afrique, says despite their lead, the Teranga Lions are still making mistakes and are giving the ball away too often to their opponents, DR Congo.

2016 GOAL! Mali extend their lead over Cape Verde. This time it's Mahamand Traore who takes one touch to control a high cross and fires home in style.

2009 GOAL! Senegal double their lead over DR Congo - and it's that man Moussa Sow who gets his second of the night with a header in the 52nd minutes. Senegal are heading to the Nations Cup finals - remember if they win the game, they're through.

1947 Halftime in Dakar - Senegal are leading Cape Verde 1-0. It's halftime in Bamako too - 2-0 to Mali in that one.

1938 Senegal have a goal ruled out for offside - it's an exciting match in Dakar. Still 1-0 to the home team.

1935 GOALS!! Mali get stuck in to Cape Verde with two quick goals through Cheick Diabate. That'll put Mali at the top of Group A if they win the game.

1933 GOAL! Senegal take the lead in the 35th minute against DR Congo. Moussa Sow is the man to send the Teranga Lions on their way to the finals (maybe) - after a rapid counter-attack.

1915 A few people are still getting in touch asking about the Guinea v Ethiopia game. As far as I'm aware, it's taking place tomorrow.

1910 It's a thrilling match so far in Dakar - but still 0-0 between Senegal v DR Congo. It's also 0-0 in Bamako where Mali are playing Cape Verde. The home team have been pressing in that one, with Seydou Keita having a free-kick going just wide in the 9th minute.

1833 RESULT Sierra Leone have beaten Egypt 2-1 and that's the end of the Pharaohs as African Champions. They cannot make it to the finals of the Nations Cup in 2012. The Leone Stars on the other hand go level with South Africa at the top of the table. They play Niger in Niamey tomorrow.

1828 GOAL! Egypt's reign is coming to an end. Just a few moments left in Freetown and Sierra Leone have retaken the lead! Mohamed Bangura the scorer from the penalty spot.

1825 Update from Cameroon against Mauritius. Yes I know the game finished ages ago - but we're revising the score downwards! It was only 5-0, not 6-0. The reason? The final (disallowed as it turns out) goal was a handball, ruled out by the ref, but many people, including the people who were updating us, failed to see it because it was right at the end of the game! So apologies for the confusion but I've just had it from the horse's mouth.

1823 Peter in Kampala: "It's about time Uganda Cranes qualified for the AFCON after donkey's years in slumber. So far, we have the best statistics in the on-going qualifiers. A point in Luanda is going to be such GREAT NEWS to the nation since 1978. Let's go Cranes..." All the action will unfold here, tomorrow.

1820 Tight in Freetown. 1-1 between Sierra Leone and the reigning champions Egypt with 10 minutes to go. Sierra Leone are dominating the game but having conceded the lead they can't breakthrough.

1817 Remember it's not all over this evening - there are 10 games tomorrow, including Uganda's away game with Angola which could see the Cranes through to the finals for the first time since 1978. Don't go away though - we've still got Mali versus Cape Verde and Senegal against DR Congo - and a win for Senegal in that one will take them to the finals as of right.

1805 Martin in Zambia emails: "I am hoping that there will be more teams from southern Africa at Afcon 2012 for a change. The nil-all draw between Malawi and Tunisia was very disappointing though. Hopefully Zambia's Chipolopolo, Angola's Palancas Negras and Zimbabwe's Warriors will do the southerners proud."

1802 Just the one game being played at the moment then, with Sierra Leone and Egypt slugging it out in Freetown. And it's still 1-1 with around 25 minutes to go, according to the BBC's Mohamed Fajah Barrie, who's at the stadium.

1756 RESULT Libya have beaten Mozambique. That's a great win for them and means that whatever happens tomorrow, if they win in Lusaka next month they are through to the finals!

1753 The Libya-Mozambique game is not just of interest to the fans of those two sides. Zambia fans are watching closely too - they're in the same group and going into this round of games were just one point ahead of Libya. Pethias in Lusaka texts: "What is wrong with the Mambas? Come on guys beat Libya, so that my Chipolopolo boys can book a place for 2012".

1736 GOAL! Egypt are level in Freetown. And that's halftime in the game as well. Mohsen Maruwan is the man to get the equaliser for the Pharaohs. Remember Egypt are playing what is essentially an U23 team.

1733 Update from Bethany Bell at the game in Cairo - where Libya are still leading Mozambique 1-0 with the game approaching its climax. They're still in with a great chance of making it to the finals in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon next year. Libya's final game is away from home against Zambia - and if Chipolopolo win tomorrow in Comoros then that match could be a winner-takes all affair!

1718 Five minutes to go to halftime in Freetown and Egypt's reign as champions of Africa is approaching its official end. If the Pharaohs are beaten by Sierra Leone - and they're down by a goal to nil at the moment - then there's no way even a mathematician can get them to the finals.

1713 Right now we've got a bit of a pause, time for a quick info break. Femi in Nigeria and a number of others have got in touch to ask how many teams qualify, beyond the group winners. The answer is three - but we already know that one of those will come from Group K, which has an extra spot because it has five countries in it. The other two are the best placed runners-up from the remaining ten groups - but because Group F only has three teams in it, the sides finishing second in the other pools will have their results against the bottom team of their group removed from the reckoning. I think.

1709 Second half has got underway in Cairo between Libya and Mozambique. Libya still lead by a goal to nil.

1654 GOAL! Sierra Leone take the lead against Egypt in Freetown. That really will be the end of the Pharaohs. Sheriff Suma is the man with the goal. 14 minutes played.

1650 The man who put Libya in front in their game against Mozambique is Rabiyah Lafi, the BBC's Bethany Bell at the stadium tells us. That should be half-time now.

1646 Cape Verde are still believing. They take on Mali in Bamako later and a win would take them to the verge of qualification. This text comes in: "I'm a Cape Verdean in Holland and I hope CV will win in Bamako. I know away games in Africa are hard but I believe in a good result. A Zimbabwe-Liberia 0-0 draw tomorrow would be nice too!"

1644 More reaction from Kenya fans to their last gasp win over Guinea Bissau (see 1513). 1638 They're slightly behind schedule in Freetown - but Sierra Leone against Egypt has now kicked-off.

1630 GOAL! Libya take the lead in Cairo against Mozambique. Half an hour played and that's Libya keeping up an impressive qualifying campaign despite everything that has unfolded in their country. Meanwhile their hosts Egypt, the reigning champions of course, are in Sierra Leone, where they will put out a team mainly made up of Under-23 players. The Pharaohs are bottom of the group and have apparently decided that qualification for the Olympic Games should take precedence over chasing a lost cause.

1618 Apologies for the slight delay in updates - I've been on Sportsworld on the BBC World Service chatting over the day's action with Russell Fuller and the team. Whilst I've been away, my colleagues Peter and Siman have spoken to our reporter in Cairo and found out that Libya are playing under the new flag, wearing a new strip and sang the new national anthem at the start of their game against Mozambique.

1600 GOAL AND RESULT! Cameroon make it a proper thrashing in Yaounde with a 6-0 victory over Mauritius.

1559 RESULT Nambia have drawn level with The Gambia in Group F with a 1-0 win.

1556 GOAL! A late goal - and a potentially very important one - from Namibia. They take the lead against The Gambia in Windhoek through Tangeni Shipahu.

1553GOAL! Cameroon have unleashed. Choupo-Moting gets his second to make it 5-0 in the dying seconds.

1551 And a few of you have asked for the details of the Senegal against DR Congo game - in which a win will see Senegal go through. Despite some reports elsewhere, we can tell you the game kicks off only at 1900. Meanwhile they're playing stoppage time in Yaounde.

1548 GOAL! Cameroon make it four. Eric Choupo-Moting extends the Indomitable Lions lead over Mauritius taking advantage of confusion in the islanders' defence.

1539 An update from what sounds like a pretty dull day in Windhoek so far - Namibia and The Gambia are drawing 0-0 with about 10 minutes to go.

1536 GOAL! Cameroon stretch their lead against Mauritius to 3-0 from the penalty spot - and it's the big money man from Russia Samuel Eto'o who gets it after being brought down in the box. And then he's off - substituted having done his work. But the Indomitable Lions are still struggling to make it to the finals.

1533 Douglas in Malawi emails to point out that the Flames are still in pole position to grab the automatic second-place qualification spot from group K, despite their 0-0 draw with Tunisia today, which leaves them level on 11 points behind Botswana, who have already qualified. The reason? If they match Tunisia's result in the final round of matches then they will have the advantage because, with everything else level between them, Malawi got two away goals in Tunisia - and the Carthage Eagles didn't score in Blantyre.

1530 Not everyone agrees that Kenya football is dead (see 1513). Frederick Ochieng emails fast.track@bbc.co.uk to say: "struggling to win is not 'dead'. That's just one way to kill a rat - there are many more of course. A win is a win."

1528 GOALS! Cameroon at last get going against lowly Mauritius in Yaounde - Leo Kweuke and Matthew Andongcho are the men to put the Indomitable Lions in the lead.

1527 RESULT Ivory Coast have wrapped up their win over Rwanda. 5-0 is the final score in Kigali. But remember Ivory Coast had already qualified for the finals.

1521 The rivalry between Kenya and Uganda is well known - and it's the Cranes in the driving seat for qualification for the finals from their group. Just a point from their game against Angola in Luanda tomorrow will take Uganda to the finals and leave Kenya and Angola hoping for a rare second-place spot. Cephas texts to say: "The result in Nairobi will not deter Uganda Cranes from storming into the finals. Uganda is determined to pull off a result and I envisage fireworks in Luanda."

1516 Cameroon have floundered all campaign - and it looks like they're still doing so. Hosting lowly Mauritius in Yaunde it is still 0-0 in the second half. They've created the odd chance - but not enough so far.

1513 Kenya may have grabbed a late late winner in Nairobi against Guinea Bissau but not all their fans are impressed. This on the text from Isaac in Kenya: "I have watched our game with Guinea Bissau and what a fluke! We have been outplayed, just like it was an away match. 1510 GOAL! It's a goal at last for Gervinho as he puts Ivory Coast 5-0 up against Rwanda in Kigali.

1458 GOAL! Ivory Coast extend their lead over Rwanda to 4-0. Didier Ya Konan with the strike - created, again, by Arsenal's Gervinho.

1456 Apologies for the lack of updates from the Namibia v The Gambia - they're at half time and there's no score yet. That's also the situation in the game between Cameroon and Mauritius, where they're also at half time.

1452 And that's a result in Nairobi, 2-1 to Kenya with a late late winner. It's also a result in Dar-es-Salam where Tanzania have drawn with Algeria 1-1.

1422 RESULT The first result of the day and it's a disappointing one for Malawi fans. 1352 Leo, a Sierra Leone fan, is looking forward to their game with reigning champions Egypt in Freetown later today and emails to say: "Sierra Leone is going to defeat Egypt 2-0. Goals from Mohamed Bangura and Ibrahim teteh Bangura. Victory is ours." That's a very specific prediction! Egypt will be mostly playing an Under-23 squad - having basically given up trying to defend their African title. The Pharaohs are almost certain not to be in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon -Sierra Leone still have hope.

1349 The game between Kenya and Guinea Bissau reaches halftime at the Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi - and the home side have still not made an impact. It's 0-0.

1345 Still only the one goal from the afternoon's games so far - with Tanzania leading Algeria 1-0. 1315 One of the big games later today is the clash in Bamako between Mali and Cape Verde. They're only a point apart at the top of Group A - the islanders have the edge - so a win for them would take them a very long way towards the finals. But Zimbabwe and even Liberia are not ruled out in this group yet - and an anonymous texter on +44 77 86 20 20 08 gets in touch to say "I'm just praying for Mali to lose as I'm Zimbabwean - Come on Cape Verde".

1308 Kenya v Guinea Bissau is running a bit late at the Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi - they're just kicking off now. Kenya need a win to retain any real hope of making it to the finals. Their best known player, McDonald Mariga, is suspended.

1305 Tanzania have started brightly in Dar-es-Salaam, going close in the opening five minutes through Henry Joseph - but still 0-0.

1300 Tanzania v Algeria is underway in the national stadium in Dar-es-Salaam. News from the Malawi v Tunisia game - it's still 0-0 but Malawi have come close, a header off the bar on the 25th minute is the closest they've come yet. Kenya v Guinea Bissau is underway as well

1245 Update from that big game in Malawi. 15 minutes gone - no score. The BBC's Frank Kandu is there and will be keeping us upto date. Those two are tied at the bottom of the pool with four points each but they're still in the hunt - and Tanzania coach Jan Poulsen has dropped his star striker Mrisho Ngasa to the bench.

Katt Williams: NOT Sorry for Anti-Mexican Rant

Katt Williams wants to make one thing clear: he is not sorry.

The comedian got into it with a fan at a gig in Phoenix last week, telling the man "this ain’t Mexico. It used to be Mexico [expletive] and now it’s Phoenix... Do you remember when white people used to say 'Go back to Africa,' and we'd have to tell them we don't want to? So if you love Mexico, [expletive], get the [expletive] over there!"

It appeared as if Williams was contrite for this outburst soon after it was made public, but he tells CNN an apology was penned by his publicist and was simply "for the Tracy Morgans of the world," referring to that actor's response to his own stand-up scandal in June.

"I don't think I need to apologize for being pro-American," Williams says.

Williams is no stranger to controversy.

He brawled at a Young Jeezy concert last week and was given the boot; and he was arrested in June for threatening a potential witness after an odd stand-off with a tractor driver. Seriously.

Scotland denied by late Czech penalty

Michal Kadlec's controversial penalty in the dying seconds at Hampden all but killed off Scotland's hopes of qualifying for the Euro 2012 finals.

Darren Fletcher set up Kenny Miller to fire home for the Scots seconds before the break, but Jaroslav Plasil forced in an equaliser after 78 minutes.

Fletcher rolled in Scotland's second from Miller's pass five minutes later.

But Kadlec fired home after Jan Rezek appeared to dive under Danny Wilson's challenge in stoppage time.

And Craig Levein and his side were left raging moments later when no penalty was given and Christophe Berra was booked instead by Dutch referee Kevin Blom when the defender was clipped in the opposite penalty box.

It leaves the Scots five points adrift of the Czechs with only one game in hand as the two sides chase the runners-up spot in Group I behind leaders Spain.

Brown and scorer Miller will both be suspended for the visit by Lithuania

Levein had gambled by handing starts to captain Fletcher and Alan Hutton despite the pair having had no competitive action this season through illness and injury respectively.

Michal Bilek gave first caps to midfielder Petr Jiracek and Jan Lastuvka, the Dnipro goalkeeper who had loan spells with Fulham and West Ham while with Shakhtar Donetsk being a surprise deputy for the injured Petr Cech ahead of the more experienced Jaroslav Drobny of Hamburg.

Viktoria Pilsen man Jiracek began confidently and, within a couple of minutes, found space behind Hutton to create a great chance for the Czechs.

Collecting Baros's through ball, Jiracek returned it into the path of the Galatasaray striker, who side-footed wildly over from 12 yards.

Former Liverpool and Aston Villa forward Baros created another chance with a curling free-kick that found Jan Rajnoch unmarked, but the Ankaragucu defender flashed a header wide.

The Scots were looking nervous and their mood was not helped by a poor challenge from Scott Brown on Tomas Rosicky that led to a yellow card for the Celtic midfielder, meaning he is suspended for Tuesday's visit by Lithuania.

Charlie Adam was fortunate to get away with a studs-first challenge inside his own penalty box that left Baros writhing rather theatrically in pain.

Scotland worked themselves into the game but were being restricted to half chances.

That all changed a minute before the break when Fletcher, who until then had been suffering an undistinguished return to action, slipped the ball through to Miller and the striker's low drive nestled just inside the far post off the goalkeeper's outstretched foot.

The Czechs showed their intent immediately after the break and, when Rosicky threaded the ball through to Baros, the forward's low drive from the edge of the box slipped a foot wide of the far post.

Goalscorer Miller followed Brown into the suspension list, but the Scots were now beginning to enjoy more quality possession.

Czech defender Roman Hubnik fired into the side netting from close range when the Scots failed to clear their lines, while Miller went close to adding to Scotland's lead when his flick from a Morrison cross to the front post sent the ball spinning across the face of goal.

Scotland lost Phil Bardsley to injury and immediately his replacement, Wilson, was found absent at the back post as a cross found Rezek at the back post and his ball into the six-yard box was deflected home by Plasil.

The Scots were soon back ahead through Fletcher's cool finish from Miller's precise ball, but Kadlec fired a powerful reply from the spot after substitute Rezek went down inside the box.

Levein's side threw everything forward and had strong appeals for a penalty of their own when Berra went down and, although a draw was probably a fair result, the Scots will feel aggrieved by the thrilling finish.

A week after Vivid Entertainment Chairman Steve Hirsch said a mysterious buyer had contacted him about purchasing the basis for Kardashian's fame, the reality star's former lover/director has made it clear:

Go ahead and sell the rights, Vivid. Just give me a cut!

In a letter from Ray J's attorney to Vivid, obtained by TMZ, the artist claims he "has partial copyright ownership in the video" and "any attempts to transfer the copyright outside of these parameters will result in filing a motion with the courts to seen an injunction of any sale until Ray J's rights are protected."

Hilariously, in something that's not at all a negotiating ploy, the lawyer adds that Ray J's reputation has been damaged by the video and "no amount of money can relieve him from this nightmare."

Hmmm... but we thought Mr. J was not tripping over it?

Gerrard close to Liverpool return

Steven Gerrard is closing in on a return to the Liverpool first team after five months out through injury.

The 31-year-old has not played for either Liverpool or England since March after undergoing surgery on his groin.

Gerrard hopes to return for the Reds' Premier League match at Tottenham.

He said on Liverpool's official website: "I feel really good and I'm back kicking balls again - it's all positive. I should be back in full training on Thursday or Friday."

Gerrard added: "I won't be involved against Stoke next Saturday but my plan is to hopefully be involved in the game against Tottenham. It will be Kenny's decision when I come back in.

"It's been a tough five months for me since I had the surgery. It's been up and down emotionally and I've missed playing so much.

"I've had a good rest, I'm fired up and I'm raring to go again. I know I'm going to come back fitter, stronger and hungrier than ever."

Gerrard had initially been expected to be back for the start of the new campaign but he suffered a setback in July when he was admitted to hospital with an infection related to the groin injury.

He said: "Since coming out of hospital my rehab has gone really well. I'm really happy and positive again. My groin is as strong as it's ever been.

"My groin is tested when I'm working and the physios collect data. My groin scores now are better than before I even started feeling my groin.

"What I've done over the past four weeks tells me that's the case and I've got total confidence in it."

Marc Anthony Laughs Off Affair Rumors

No, his marriage to Jennifer Lopez did not end due to an affair. In fact, there was nothing sensationalistic about the conclusion to their seven-year union at all, no matter what you may have read.

"People are trying to peg it on things because it was so shocking," Anthony told Nightline this week of the rumors when, in fact, the couple simply made a joint decision.

Levein says the match against Czech Republic is the most important of his reign

Scotland manager Craig Levein has included Darren Fletcher and Alan Hutton in his starting line-up to face the Czech Republic.

Charlie Adam is also given his first competitive start, with Kenny Miller playing as a lone striker.

National team captain Fletcher has featured in only two competitive games since March, the same month as Hutton's last match at any level.

The visitors are without their first-choice goalkeeper Petr Cech.

With Scotland five points behind the Czech Republic in Euro 2012 qualifying Group I, Levein believes this is his most important match since taking over as Scotland manager in December 2009.

Hutton, who joined Aston Villa from Tottenham this week, is deployed at right-back, Sunderland's Phil Bardsley switches to the left while Gary Caldwell is partnered by Christophe Berra in central defence in front of goalkeeper Allan McGregor.

Scott Brown, James Morrison and Steven Naismith join Adam and skipper Fletcher in a five-man midfield in support of Miller.

The Czechs, who have not yet named their starting line-up, are at near-full strength but are faced with a goalkeeping dilemma due to Cech's absence through injury.

Of the three goalkeepers in Michal Bilek's squad, only Jaroslav Drobny has any caps with Ales Hruska and Jan Lastuvka untested at international level.

But Czech sports manager Vladimir Smicer believes that, in Hamburg's Drobny and Dnipro's Lastuvka, they have capable deputies for the Chelsea star.

"Of course it is a worry when you know your best goalkeeper is not available," he said.

"We have two other guys who can step up and hopefully take their chance."

Captain John Terry believes England have "almost" qualified for the Euro 2012 finals in Poland and Ukraine following Friday's 3-0 win in Bulgaria.

The 30-year-old also says a new-found competition for places is benefiting England, who now top Group G by three points with two games remaining.

"We are almost there," said Terry. "It was a good performance and a great win. We asked for that yesterday.

"What we are seeing is competition for places all over the pitch."

Terry's Chelsea team-mate Frank Lampard, who has been a regular starter under coach Fabio Capello, began Friday's game in Sofia on the bench as the Italian opted to field Tottenham's new signing Scott Parker alongside Manchester City's Gareth Barry in central midfield.

In addition, Terry's usual partner in central defence, Rio Ferdinand of Manchester United, was omitted from the squad as Capello had doubts over his fitness, meaning a first start for Gary Cahill, who scored the opener in Sofia.

Capello the conservative, whether by accident or design, now appears willing to introduce young players and a more flexible tactical approach just as the calendar moves towards the end of his reign.

Billie Joe Armstrong Kicked Off Flight for... Saggy Pants?!?

He didn't piss in an aisle. And he didn't allege racism. But Billie Joe Armstrong was still kicked off a flight this week - and you won't believe why.

According to the Green Day singer, he was tossed off a Southwest flight from Oakland to Burbank because his pants were loose. Armstrong Tweeted today: "Just got kicked off a southwest flight because my pants sagged too low! What the f(asterisk)(asterisk)(asterisk)? No joke!"

A producer from ABC was actually on board the flight, according to Fox News, and says Armstrong replied by asking the attendant if there weren't "better things to do than worry about that?"

But the employee persisted, told the artist he could be taken off the plane if he did not comply... and that's exactly what happened!

Southwest spokesman Brad Hawkins subsequently released a statement that confirmed an incident took place, but added Armstrong was permitted on the next flight to Burbank and told a customer relations agent that he had no other complaints.

"As soon as we became aware of what had happened, we reached out to apologize for this Customer's experience," the statement read. "He elected to take the next flight. We followed up with this Customer and involved Employees to get more details and, in our latest conversations, understand from the Customer the situation was resolved to his satisfaction."

Rooney inspires England to victory

Chief football writer in Sofia Cahill scored his first England goal to give them the lead on 13 minutes

Wayne Rooney maintained his golden spell of form as England eased past Bulgaria in Sofia to move a step closer to Euro 2012 qualification.

Fabio Capello's side needed to make amends for dropping two points against Switzerland at Wembley in their last qualifier - and they achieved their aim in comfort against a poor Bulgaria outfit in the Vasil Levski Stadium.

Gary Cahill, a target for Arsenal and Tottenham before the transfer window closed, put England ahead early on and Rooney was on target twice before the interval as the early hostility of the Bulgarian supporters was swiftly subdued.

Manchester United's in-form striker rose to head home Stewart Downing's corner and then rounded off a sweeping counter-attack involving Theo Walcott and Ashley Young to wrap up the formalities seconds before the break.

Rooney's United team-mate Chris Smalling was given his debut at right-back and was able to adjust to the international stage in relatively relaxed fashion as Bulgaria barely posed a threat of any consequence.

It was also a satisfying night for England coach Capello. Not only did he have a vital victory to celebrate, but his team selection was fully justified as Cahill gave an almost flawless performance in defence and Scott Parker's display made light of the surprising exclusion of Frank Lampard.

And a further boost to England's qualification prospects came after the final whistle when Wales recorded a 2-1 home win over group rivals Montenegro, who Capello's men face in their final qualifier.

The only sour note on a virtually perfect night for England came from shameful 'monkey' chanting aimed at Ashley Cole and Ashley Young from a section of Bulgaria's fans which later prompted an official complaint from the Football Association to Uefa.

England played at a tempo in attack that was too much for Bulgaria, with width provided at various times by Walcott, Young and Stewart Downing and Rooney acting as the potent spearhead.

Capello will now hope England continue the good work against Wales at Wembley on Tuesday before the crucial visit to Podgorica to face Montenegro next month.

The Italian opted for Bolton's Cahill alongside captain John Terry - and his decision was rewarded with a goal after only 13 minutes. Bulgaria gave a hint of defensive frailties to come when they failed to clear Young's corner, and when Gareth Barry found Cahill in the box he applied the finish past Nikolay Mihaylov.

Bulgaria's only attacking weapon was the wayward shooting of Martin Petrov, whereas England's attacking options were awash with movement in the shape of Rooney, Young and Walcott.

Rooney had been suffered a barren spell for England with only one goal in 15 games but he was in no mood to ignore the gifts on offer in front of an increasingly subdued Bulgarian support.

He rose above Terry to head in Downing's corner after 21 minutes and snuffed out any faint hopes of a Bulgaria recovery with England's third in first-half injury time. Parker's brave block enabled Walcott to run free and find Young, who delivered the invitation for Rooney to turn in the simplest of chances to take his international tally to 28.

Bulgaria, inevitably, raised the tempo in the opening moments of the second half and keeper Joe Hart was forced into his first meaningful action to block a deflected corner - but England were soon threatening to add to their goal tally.

Downing's looping header from Walcott's cross hit the post with Mihaylov beaten and seconds later the keeper did well to palm away Parker's powerful rising shot.

The game concluded at almost walking pace, with England content to play out time and preserve energies for the meeting with Wales as they attempt to secure a place in Poland and Ukraine next summer.

Germany earn Euro qualification

Klose was among the scorers as Germany qualified for Euro 2012

Germany became the first nation to qualify for next summer's European Championship with their 6-2 victory over Austria sealing their place.

Miroslav Klose, Mesut Ozil and Lukas Podolski were among the scorers earning them an unassailable lead in Group A.

Greece sealed a vital win over Israel at the top of Group F while leaders Italy (Group C), France (Group D) and Portugal (Group H) all won.

Group E leaders the Netherlands hammered San Marino 11-0 in Eindhoven.

Arsenal's Robin van Persie got four of the goals with Liverpool's Dirk Kuyt, John Heitinga, Wesley Sneijder (2), Klaas-Jan Huntelaar (2) and Georginio Wijnaldum the other scorers for the Dutch.

Second-placed Sweden were defeated 2-1 by Hungary in that group with Gergely Rudolf's last-minute winner moving the Hungarians level on points with their opposition.

Germany's result leaves Belgium and Turkey fighting it out for second place in Group A. Turkey's 2-1 victory over Kazakhstan saw them replace Belgium in second as the Belgians drew 1-1 with Azerbaijan.

Italy look comfortable at the top of Group C, although the onyl beat the Faroe Islands 1-0, Antonio Cassano getting the goal.

Russia's 1-0 win over Macedonia saw them move to the top of Group B outright with the Republic of Ireland paying the price for their 0-0 draw with Slovenia.

Goals from Yann M'Vila and Karim Benzema saw France earn a vital 2-1 victory against Albania with Bosnia-Hercegovina beating Belarus 2-0 to move into second place in Group D.

Sotiris Ninis's second-half goal saw Group F leaders Greece secure a 1-0 victory over third-placed Israel while second-placed Croatia beat Malta 3-1.

Cristiano Ronaldo was among the scorers as Portugal continued to be the side to catch at the top of Group H, although Norway, who have the same number of points, kept up the chase with a 1-0 victory over Iceland. Mohammed Abdellaoue grabbed their late winner.

Northern Ireland's hopes of making the Euro 2012 finals are fading after a Steven Davis blunder gifted Serbia victory in the Belfast rain.

Serbia dominated the first half and former Liverpool midfielder Milan Jovanovic hit the crossbar.

Corry Evans headed wide as the hosts improved but Marko Pantelic netted on 67 minutes after intercepting a poor Davis backpass to keeper Lee Camp.

Jonny and Corry Evans were booked and now miss Tuesday's game with Estonia.

Chris Brunt's fifth minute shot was easily saved Bojan Jorgacevic and this was Northern Ireland's only serious effort on goal in a poor first-half display.

Serbia were a class apart, despite having no support in the stadium after their fans were banned from away games in the wake of violence at the abandoned qualifier against Italy.

However, the visitors failed to make their domination count after wasting a series of opportunities.

Former Liverpool midfielder Jovanovic came closest, his deflected strike off Aaron Hughes on 13 clipping the top of the crossbar.

It was Northern Ireland's second defeat in the qualifiers - both to Serbia

Lee Camp came to the rescue a minute later, diving low to push out Aleksander Kolarov's curling shot from 12 yards.

Zdravko Kuzmanovic, Dejan Stankovic, Marko Panetlic and dangerous winger Zoran Tosic all squandered chances as the hosts hung on.

Slobodan Rajkovic was booked for a dangerous tackle on David Healy just before the break - on other nights it could have been red.

Northern Ireland were a transformed team at the start of the second half, playing with urgency and an attacking intent which was nearly rewarded on 50 minutes.

The chance fell to the unmarked Corry Evans, meeting his brother Jonny's cross but from eight yards he headed wide.

There was more disappointment for Corry Evans two minutes later when a rash challenge resulted in a yellow card and a suspension for Tuesday's qualifier against Estonia.

Serbia were still dangerous and Camp made another fine save before calamity struck the men in green after 67 minutes.

Rangers midfielder Davis underhit a backpass to Camp, the alert Pantelic nipped in and rounded the keeper before slotting into an empty net.

Jovanovic almost doubled the lead when his fierce shot was tipped over by Camp.

The goal failed to trigger a response from Northern Ireland and Jonny Evans picked up a yellow card in injury time to join his brother in being banned for the Estonia game.

Northern Ireland have slipped to fifth in Group C but they remain just two points off the play-off position with three games left.

Audrina Patridge Admits: I Have a Chest Problem

This is difficult for Audrina Patridge to talk about, but she knows she must lead the charge for others in a similar predicament.

When asked in a recent interview if she's undergone plastic surgery, the former Hills star came clean: she has a chest problem.

"Look at the pictures," Audrina said of the accusations. "I fluctuate in weight a lot. And as far as my face, I'd never had anything done."

What about any kind of breast enhancement?

"Well," Patridge paused. "See I have this chest problem. My bone right here, it's higher on this side? It's pectoralis something. So I've always struggled with that. You could see they look different sizes all the time."

Chief football writer in Sofia Cahill scored his first England goal to give them the lead on 13 minutes

Wayne Rooney maintained his golden spell of form as England eased past Bulgaria in Sofia to move a step closer to Euro 2012 qualification.

And a further boost to England's qualification prospects came after the final whistle when Wales recorded a 2-1 home win over group rivals Montenegro, who Capello's men face in their final qualifier.

England played at a tempo in attack that was too much for Bulgaria, with width provided at various times by Walcott, Young and Stewart Downing and Rooney acting as the potent spearhead.

Capello will now hope England continue the good work against Wales at Wembley on Tuesday before the crucial visit to Podgorica to face Montenegro next month.

Bulgaria's only attacking weapon was the wayward shooting of Martin Petrov, whereas England's attacking options were awash with movement in the shape of Rooney, Young and Walcott.

Rooney had been suffered a barren spell for England with only one goal in 15 games but he was in no mood to ignore the gifts on offer in front of an increasingly subdued Bulgarian support.

Downing's looping header from Walcott's cross hit the post with Mihaylov beaten and seconds later the keeper did well to palm away Parker's powerful rising shot.

The game concluded at almost walking pace, with England content to play out time and preserve energies for the meeting with Wales as they attempt to secure a place in Poland and Ukraine next summer.

Wales striker Steve Morison slides in to score his first international goal

Wales claimed their first points in Euro 2012 qualifying with a morale-boosting victory in Cardiff over former Group G joint leaders Montenegro.

Steve Morison slid home his first international goal after David Vaughan sent a low cross in from the right.

Captain Aaron Ramsey doubled Wales' lead as he ghosted into the box to pick up Gareth Bale's pull-back.

Stevan Jovetic gave Montenegro hope when he unleashed a pile-driver but Wales held out for a much-needed win.

The result still leaves Wales bottom of the group but in better heart for Tuesday night's trip to face England at Wembley, who are now outright leaders after their 3-0 win in Bulgaria.

Wales' defence had an unfamiliar look with Cardiff youngster Darcy Blake preferred to 44-cap Danny Gabbidon of Queen's Park Rangers, who did not even make the bench.

The home side were also without another Premier League centre-back in James Collins with the Aston Villa man suspended.

Defeat 12 months ago away to the same opponents signalled the end of John Toshack's reign as Wales manager, ushering in first caretaker Brian Flynn and then current boss Gary Speed.

Since that upheaval Wales have won just once in seven games, beating Northern Ireland in the Nations Cup last May.

Montenegro gave Wales a scare in the first minute when Stevan Jovetic broke through, only to screw his shot well wide.

Welsh nerves continued to jangle as Blake let a long ball bounce over his head and only Wayne Hennessey's swift advance from his line prevented Mirko Vucinic sneaking in.

The Montenegro captain was finding space at will and followed up with a speculative shot that he scuffed wide, after Wales were slow in closing down the Juventus striker.

Wales at last threatened as Bale found space down the right and arced in a high ball for Joe Ledley in the Montenegro area.

The Celtic midfielder appeared to be bowled over by Milorad Pekovic but Italian referee Luca Banti waved play on.

Craig Bellamy was following up but he could only hit the difficult volley into the ground, taking the sting out of it before it reached goalkeeper Mladen Bozovic.

But with their next attack Morison gave Wales the lead with his first international goal, stabbing home from close range after Bozovic failed to hold Vaughan's cross from the left.

Montenegro's early composure was shaken by that set-back and a visibly buoyed Wales nearly added a second goal when Bale broke past two defenders and fired a long-range shot that Bozovic tipped over.

After a booking for Vaughan, which rules him out of Tuesday's game with England, Radomir Dalovic had a great chance to equalise when Montenegro opened Wales up down the right but shot wide.

Wales were now driving forward at will and Ashley Williams had a header cleared off the line from a corner.

As the half closed Bale and Ledley both went close with good efforts, but Bellamy picked up a yellow card for an innocuous challenge that also rules the new Liverpool man out of the trip to Wembley.

Wales began the second half as they ended the first, closing down Montenegro quickly and the pressure told as Bale surged into the box and pulled the ball back for skipper Ramsey, arriving on cue, to double their lead.

Bale worked Bozovic again as he was left unmarked in the Montenegro area but could not get enough power on his header from a looping cross.

The Tottenham wing was causing havoc down the right and when he broke past the bemused Sasa Balic once again, Bellamy was millimetres from connecting with his cross as the Liverpool striker hurled himself at the ball.

Wales boss Speed withdrew Ramsey on 64 minutes and sent on the more defensive Andrew Crofts in his place.

Montenegro had hardly threatened in the second period but served notice they were still a threat as Nikola Vukcevic took a smart pass from Jovetic and cannoned a shot off Hennessey's shins.

But Jovetic then pulled a goal back as he cut inside Chris Gunter to hammer home right-footed and give the visitors hope.

With five minutes remaining Hennessey was down well to block another Vukcevic shot, while Gunter was smartly in to punt away the dangerous loose ball.

In a frantic ending Blake and Crofts pulled off brilliant tackles and Hennessey a string of saves to keep Montenegro at bay and earn Speed his first qualifying success as Wales manager.

Arsenal's Robin Van Persie got four of the goals with Liverpool's Dirk Kuyt, John Heitinga, Wesley Sneijder (2), and Klaas-Jan Huntelaar (2), Georginio Wijnaldum the other scorers for the goal-crazy Dutch.

2058: Euro 2012 qualifying latest: A last-minute Gergely Rudolf goal saw Hungary beat Sweden to go level on points and joint second of Group E and, in Group H, Mohammed Abdellaoue's late goal saw Norway beat Iceland to keep their Euro 2012 qualifying hopes alive. In that same group Cristiano Ronaldo's goal is the difference between Portugal and Cyprus, while the Netherlands lead San Marino 6-0 in Group E with Arsenal's Robin Van Persie among the scorers.

2056: It's all happening. Frank Lampard is on for Gareth Barry, the Republic of Ireland are back under way in Dublin and Steve Morison has gone close to adding a third goal for Wales, seeing a stooping header saved.

I suppose you can do that when your shot is so far off target it becomes a cross.

Rebecca Zahau Death Ruled a Suicide

With the conclusion that Rebecca Zahau died in a suicide, police say the mystery of two deaths tied to millionaire Jonah Shacknai's mansion has been solved.

A San Diego woman, Zahau, was found hanged at the mansion of Shacknai, her boyfriend. His son, Max, died from injuries suffered from an accidental fall.

"These deaths were not the result of any criminal acts," San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore said at a press conference, as reported today by People.

The police findings effectively close the investigation into the unusual, very highly publicized deaths of pharmaceutical CEO Shacknai's girlfriend and son.

The family of Zahau (a.k.a. Rebecca Nalepa) is not satisfied, however.

"We her family and friends do not believe it's a suicide. There are still unanswered questions," says Mary Zahau-Loehner. "It is very suspicious."

"We would like the police to look further into her case, to do whatever it takes. We want justice and are here to represent our sister and daughter."

Zahau was found naked, hanging by a makeshift noose outside Jonah Shacknai's mansion in Coronado, Calif., on July 13, her hands and feet bound.

Her body was found just hours after she accessed her voice mail, on which was a message about Shacknai's 6-year-old son, who was in the hospital.

She also painted a message in black shortly before she died. The paint was still found on her hands. Authorities refused to reveal what was written.

"She made the decision to take her own life," said San Diego County Sgt. Dave Nemeth, adding that she bound and hanged herself unassisted.

This was supported, he said, by DNA evidence on the rope as well as an experiment in which officials found it was possible for a person to do this.

As for the boy, the investigation concluded that Max had tripped and tumbled over a balcony and grabbed a chandelier as he fell, authorities said.

Shacknai, CEO of Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp., was never a suspect and called the deaths "tragedies … that one couldn't imagine experiencing."

Celtic get Europa League lifeline

Sion triumphed 3-1 in Switzerland after a goalless draw at Celtic Park

Celtic have been reinstated in the Europa League after Uefa expelled Sion from the competition.

Sion, who had been subject to a transfer embargo, fielded several new signings during their 3-1 aggregate win over Celtic in the play-off round.

A Celtic spokesman said: "We have been advised by Uefa that the two protests relating to the matches against FC Sion have been upheld."

"As a result of which each match has been forfeited in favour of Celtic."

Sion president Christian Constantin had been confident of winning the case

Celtic will therefore take Sion's place in Group I, which also features Atletico Madrid, Rennes and Udinese.

The spokesman added: "We are pleased by this decision, the approach which has been taken by Uefa and the fact that Uefa rules and regulations have been upheld. We are also grateful for the support of the SFA in this matter."

Sion have three days to appeal against the verdict.

Earlier in the week, the Swiss club's president Christian Constantin had been confident of preserving Sion's place in the competition.

He told BBC Scotland: "The bottom line is that we are in the right. There's no doubt.

"It's just that there are cases where Fifa want to take unilateral decisions by force rather than by just means.

"Uefa approved the list of players we submitted, but now, because of pressure from Fifa, they're trying to find justification for making us forfeit the tie.

"We will battle fiercely to avoid losing the case. Fifa may try to mask the facts, but that won't be easy."

Constantin added that Celtic were "within their rights" to lodge their protests.

Hargreaves left out of Euro squad

Manchester City midfielder Owen Hargreaves has been left out of the club's squad for the Champions League.

The 30-year-old joined City this week after being released by rivals Manchester United.

He will now miss out on a reunion with his first club Bayern Munich - who City play on 27 September.

He told the club's official website on Thursday: "I've never not played in the Champions League, it's pretty much been standard for me every season."

Hargreaves signed a one-year deal at the Etihad Stadium but, after being restricted to just four appearances in the last three seasons, accepts he is short of match fitness.

City also play Napoli and Villarreal in Group A as they return to the top tier of European football for the first time since 1968.

Hargreaves could be added to the squad in January should Roberto Mancini's side make it into the last 16.

Also missing from the squad is defender Wayne Bridge, although striker Carlos Tevez and Kolo Toure are included.

T.I. Back in Federal Custody After Failing to Disclose Pimp Ass Tour Bus Ride

Only a day after T.I.'s release from prison, the rapper is already back in federal custody, and according to reports, it's all over a luxury tour bus incident.

Say what now?

The Federal Bureau of Prisons and T.I.'s lawyer Steve Sadow confirm he's back in custody after traveling from a federal Arkansas prison to an Atlanta halfway house on a PIMP ASS TOUR BUS, a method of transportation that did not sit well with officials.

T.I. was sentenced in October to 11 months in prison for violating probation, but was let out early to finish the rest of his sentence (and film a reality show, which officials are reportedly having none of now) in a halfway house.

However, he allegedly misled prison officials into thinking he'd be taking a low-key mode of transportation from the prison to the halfway house.

Guess a tricked out tour bus doesn't qualify a low-key.

The deal is this: When a prisoner is incarcerated in a low or medium security prison, officials do at times allow the inmate to use a private, unescorted mode of transportation to travel from the prison facility to the halfway house.

During the process of approving such a transfer, however, the prisoner must state specifically what mode of transportation he or she will be using.

Sources say that T.I. informed prison officials that he would be taking some sort of van, making no mention of the high-end, pimped out tour bus.

Prison officials felt that the rapper should've fully disclosed the nature of his party bus, and brought him back to Arkansas for this infraction alone.

Neither drugs nor alcohol were found on the bus.

Even more amazingly, when U.S. Marshals arrived at the halfway house to bring T.I. back to prison, the halfway house supervisor actually got into an argument with them, saying it was ridiculous to send him back for such a violation.

But the Marshals had their orders, and T.I. is back in prison.

His sentence is almost over in any case, so the oft-troubled star will be a free man again soon ... although he may want to call a cab next time.

With her back against the wall, how did Shelly respond on Big Brother? Did she beg to stay, accept her fate and bow out gracefully or try some subterfuge?

Rachel's veto win put Shelly in the rare position of having to fight for her own survival, rather than merely playing off someone else (which she does well).

But did it pay off, or did Adam, the beacon of Big Brother uselessness, live to do nothing another week? Who was kicked off when the votes were tallied?

Minus 10 off the bat, because of of the Jets-Eagles game, Big Brother was not aired on much of the east coast until after 1:30 a.m. For a PRESEASON game. We love the NFL and all, but why do this to the live eviction episode?

You knew Shelly would not go quietly, and props to her for that. In a house full of dead weight, she fought, clawed, deceived, lied and did everything she could to advance her personal interests in the game proactively. Plus 15, Shell.

She had no shot last night, though. Minus 7.

Even if Rachel weren't an immature, vindictive, obnoxious human, no one could upend Jeff and win back trust on that side of the house. Plus 3 for trying though.

She offered her DIAMOND RING to Rachel as a token of trust. Minus 20 for that insane act of desperation, but Plus 20 because it was fake and for going all out.

"Why would there be a fortune teller in this house that wasn't going to give you a fortune, or some magic power?" - Shelly. A fair question, right? Minus 4.

"Am I playing strategic, or am I playing personal?" - Jordan. Personal. Plus 3.

Life in the jury house clips! Minus 7 because they were kind of weak, actually. No real confrontations like the kind you'd expect from these three BB titans.

Brendon said he would have been sad to see Rachel walk through the door, but y'know, at least they could have a romantic vacation together. Vom. Minus 10.

Throughout the eviction ceremony, Adam knew he was sitting pretty. The dude was smiling so hard, you'd have sworn he actually won a competition. Plus 6.

Kalia gave us a surprising glimmer of hope when she voted for Adam to get the chop, but it was moot when Rachel and Jordan easily evicted Shelly. Minus 4.

Shelly gets props once again for honestly telling Julie how she tried to separate Jeff and Jordan to go all the way. She did feel bad too, we think. Plus 9.

"I never disrespect... my elders. I'm just really disappointed." - Jordan's goodbye video. Ouch! Plus 3 for that passive-aggressive dig at her on the way out.

Brown gave birth to a girl last night, writing soon afterward: “Finally our baby arrives,Stephen nearly passed out,Phoenix screamed,I laughed so hard the baby popped out!!! She is just sooo amazing!!”

This is the first child for Melanie and husband Stephen Belafonte. She has two daughters from previous relationships, Phoenix, 12 and Angel, 4. Belafonte also has a daughter named Giselle.

Brown, meanwhile, concluded her busy evening with a message to her fans: “I wanna thank you ALL for your beautiful well wishes,it means a lot to me,you guys are the best,I am SOOOOOO blessed my heart is melting!!”

T.I. Reality Show Cameras: Denied by Halfway House!

Man, T.I. just can't catch a break.

The rapper, who was recently released from prison after serving 11 months for drug possession, is planning to film a reality show about his post-jail life. Of course he is, right?

But a rep for Dismas Charities, the halfway house where T.I. will be residing for the foreseeable future, tells TMZ there's no way VH1 cameras will be allowed inside the facility.

"It is just not going to happen," says the insider.

Prior to this stint in the clink, T.I. served approximately one year for a federal gun conviction in 2009. He was arrested along with his wife last year and sent back for violating his probation.

It's unclear how the artist's reality show will go forward now, as filming began the instant he stepped foot outside an Arkansas prison on Wednesday, but the series will not be permitted to capture such halfway house activities as basketball, tennis and faith-based healing courses.

David Fisher, NCIS Star, Arrested for Assault

David Fisher, who has starred on NCIS as Trent Kort since 2006, was arrested yesterday for an alleged tussle over laundry.

According to insiders who spoke to TMZ, the actor confronted his neighbor because the latter was hanging towels outside his home. The neighbor tells authorities that Fisher grabbed him and choked him, but he managed to escape and call 911.

The police soon arrived, this man was driven to the hospital and Fisher was arrested for felony battery. He was taken into custody and bail set at $50,000.

Sorry, but we have to say it: Talk about a case of airing one's dirty laundry!

Joran van der Sloot Charged with Murder of Stephany Flores

Joran van der Sloot has been charged with murder.

The Dutchman was arrested in June of 2010 after 21-year old Stephany Flores was found bludgeoned to death in his Lima hotel room. He now faces a 30-year jail sentence and would have to pay a restitution penalty of $73,000 to the victim's family if found guilty.

According to van der Sloot's attorney, his client would claim temporary insanity and plead guilty in exchange for a less harsh sentence.

van der Sloot allegedly killed Ramirez because she glanced at his laptop and discovered his connection to 18-year-old Natalee Holloway, who disappeared from Aruba in 2005 and who van der Sloot is rumored to have murdered.

He was arrested twice for the crime, but never charged, and it remains unsolved.

Gary Neville has claimed England would not have won the 2010 World Cup even if his former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson had been in charge.

England went out at the quarter-final stage last summer, with Neville citing a lack of strength in depth and skill as reasons for their failures.

"Ferguson may have got more out of the squad," Neville told BBC Radio 5 live.

"But the reality is would we have beaten Spain in the last World Cup? No, because they were better than England."

Neville made his England debut in 1995 and is the country's most-capped right-back, having made 85 appearances in his 14 years as a player.

But the national side only once got beyond the quarter-finals of a major tournament in that time, reaching the semi-finals of Euro 96 - and that record has led the former United defender, who retired in February 2011, to call his international career a "wasted opportunity".

Speaking ahead of England's Euro 2012 qualifier against Bulgaria on Friday, he told BBC Radio 5 live's Sportsweek programme: "I loved playing for England but we've fallen short and I've contributed to that over the last 10 years as much as anyone.

"The analogy I use is if a man takes a woman out 85 times and then she's not your girlfriend at the end of it, you've wasted a lot of time.

"You measure success by achieving things. We got to the quarter-finals but that's falling short because we were not getting to European Championships and World Cup finals.

"Over the last 10 or 15 years, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Brazil have all been better than England.

"We need more players of higher quality who can keep the ball."

Neville, though, has high hopes for the future, with the likes of Tom Cleverley, Danny Welbeck, Jack Wilshere, Phil Jones and Chris Smalling breaking into the England set-up.

"I see a different type of player coming through - a more intelligent type of player," he said. "Players who grew up in the 1970s and 80s watched a more straight up-and-down football.

"But since the likes of [Gianfranco] Zola, [Dennis] Bergkamp, [Eric] Cantona and [Cristiano] Ronaldo came in, players are looking at more technically skilled and cultured players and England will get the benefit.

"The likes of Wilshere and Cleverley will give England a better chance of winning the World Cup.

"You cannot win [major tournaments] without keeping possession of the ball - and I see players now who can keep the ball more."

A new spread of Glee star Heather Morris depicts the actress with a black eye, causing many to wonder why a photographer would actually invoke an image of domestic violence in such a way. Easy, says the man behind it: I didn't.

"In no way were we promoting domestic violence," Shields tells E! News "We wanted to do a bruised-up Barbie shoot and that's exactly what we did!"

More shots are available at Tyler's official site. They all feature Morris with a black eye; some involve the use of an iron and its chord.

"I don't know if Tyler is aware but I'm quite sure there are plenty of women who have been abused by these kinds of household appliances and children as well being hit with electrical cords," says Rita Smith, executive director for the Denver-based National Coalition Against Domestic Violence. "I'm not sure what the purpose is other than shock value."

Jones captained England Under-21s at the European Championships in Denmark

England captain John Terry admits he is now looking over his shoulder after the rapid emergence of Manchester United teenager Phil Jones - but warns he will not sacrifice his place without a fight.

Jones, 19, has been outstanding since his £16m move to Old Trafford from Blackburn Rovers this summer and has impressed with England ahead of Friday's Euro 2012 qualifier against Bulgaria in Sofia.

Jones has partnered Terry in central defence in some of England's training sessions and coach Fabio Capello has been giving serious consideration to playing the youngster and his 21-year-old United team-mate Chris Smalling against Bulgaria.

Bolton's Gary Cahill may yet get the consolation of missing out on moves to Arsenal and Tottenham by winning a fourth cap, but Jones has made a massive impression on Terry, Capello and the rest of the England camp this week.

Capello is yet to finalise his line-up, with Aston Villa striker Darren Bent missing training at the Vasil Levski Stadium here on Thursday with a groin injury, but it is clear he is convinced Jones and Smalling have the potential to establish lengthy England careers.

Capello has faith in youngsters

Terry admits the powerful Jones has his eyes on his place, but revealed he is ready to continue his England career even if he is eventually overtaken by the youngster widely tipped to captain his country and has to settle for a place as a squad player.

He said: "Jones is the one that really sticks out in our position and he's one I'm looking over my shoulder at because clearly he wants a place in the England side, whether that is at the expense of myself or somebody else. He's very hungry for that.

"I wouldn't say the older players are concerned or worried for our places but we're looking over our shoulders. I'm fortunate enough to have the shirt and it's down to me to keep it and that's the target for me.

Some people are taking issue with Chaz Bono appearing on Dancing with the Stars because this individual has undergone a gender transformation? This is an example of Hollywood tearing down traditional values? Really?!?

"It's disappointing," Schwimmer, who is partnered with Bono on DWTS, told The Insider. "No human is perfect, so why are they pointing out what they perceive to be an imperfection in someone else? Michael Colyar Alleges Racism at United Airlines, Goes on Blog Rant

What is it about little-known celebrities and air travel? First, Gerard Depardieu urinates all over an aisle, and now Michael Colyar has accused United Airlines of racism.

The actor, best known for his role in 2005's Barbershop, says he was booted from a flight in the Dulles Airport this week because he sought to file a complaint after receiving a dirty look from a stewardess, which allegedly resulted from Colyar's refusal to move his luggage.

Security swooped in, forced Colyar out, and he blogged today:

"The flight attendant and her friend got just what they wanted, the n**ger off the plane. I'm sure they feel a great triumph in putting an uppity n**ger in his place. At the least I should be suing United Airlines for theft of services, public humiliation and defamation of character."

In response to such accusations and insults, United has released the following statement to TMZ:

"As a global airline with a diverse workforce, United has zero tolerance for any type of discrimination and we take every such matter seriously. We spoke to Mr. Colyar Wednesday so that we can address his concerns, and committed to get back to him as we learn more from our coworkers and other customers onboard.”

Others on board the flight report that Colyar was loud and rude prior to being removed.

Vienna Girardi is in this for the money.

The former winner of The Bachelor and fiancee of Jake Pavelka has ZERO qualms about admitting that her second stint on reality TV is financially motivated.

“I said no at first,” she told The Huffington Post about coming on Bachelor Pad, adding that she only agreed to be on the summer show on one condition.

“They told me Jake wouldn’t be,” she said. “They clued me in a few days before we started filming, but by that point I was all packed and ready to go.”

Vienna need not worry about wearing a life preserver.

Jake was voted off the episode before last, but not before three weeks of fireworks between himself, Vienna and her current boyfriend, Kasey Kahl.

Vienna Girardi admits having Jake Pavelka around was “uncomfortable” but says she and Kasey had fun and are friends with many Bachelor Pad stars.

In fact, it Erica Rose that encouraged her nose job.

“It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while,” Girardi said of her new schnozz, adding that she talked about it with Rose while filming the show.

“A week later, I was in Texas” to have the job done.

Girardi debuted her new nose in August, but does not think that she will be going back under the knife anytime soon. “No, I’m done,” she said.

As for Girardi and Kahl, viewers still don’t know how far the power couple makes it in the game, but things are definitely moving fast for them.

The couple recently moved in together, but should the day come that Kahl gets down on bended knee, don’t expect to see the moment on ABC.

“I had said I didn’t want him to propose on the show,” she said when asked about a ridiculous scene showing Kahl giving her a promise ring.

Though we won’t see Girardi get engaged on TV for the second time, she and Kahl haven’t ruled out returning to reality TV. There's a shocker.

“We’ve talked about it,” she said regarding appearing on reality TV on a Vienna and Kasey show after Bachelor Pad. “We’re not against it.”

She may have competition there. Pavelka told Ryan Seacrest he’d consider appearing on The Bachelor a second time, "but not right away."

As first reported by The Huffington Post, the Whole Foods supermarket chain has pulled all Skinnygirl cocktails from its shelves because, contrary to its on-bottle advertising claim, the company says these products do NOT possess all-natural ingredients.

“The store prides itself in selling the best quality whole products that our high-end consumers expect. Not novelty products that are shaded with secrecy," a Whole Foods source says, referring to the fact that no ingredients are actually listed on the Skinnygirl bottle or package.

Timberlake treated attendees to a rap ballad titled "Don't Give It Away," along with an a capella performance of "What Goes Around... Comes Around."

Rihanna Gets Loud After Home Leaks Hard

Talk about the wrong place for a California King Bed.

After her house took on serious water, Rihanna is suing a real estate company, property inspector and the former owner of the property she bought in Beverly Hills.

She claims that those involved with the sale failed to inform her that the residence was "laden with construction defects" that ultimately resulted in water damage.

And that's no place for a California king bed.

Before she closed on it in 2009, LaRocca Inspection Associates found a number of issues, including cracks in exterior walls and drainage problems on the roof that could make the house susceptible to water damage, according to the lawsuit.

Rihanna still wanted the house, so she drew up a request for repairs for the owner, the suit states. Upon inspection, LaRocca declared the house "serviceable."

Well, according to the singer's attorneys ... it was not.

The house sustained flood damage from a "moderate" January 2010 rainstorm after water pooled on the second-floor balcony and seeped into multiple rooms.

A subsequent inspection by an insurance company found similar defects as before and Rihanna is seeking to recover a portion of the $6.9 million she paid.

She is suing previous owner Heather Rudamin, Prudential California Realty, LaRocca, Landmark Design Group and a couple of agents thereof for professional negligence, fraud, breach of contract and other offenses.

Arteta defends timing of transfer

Arteta spent six-and-a-half years at Everton

Mikel Arteta has insisted he did not let Everton down by pushing through a transfer request late on Wednesday's deadline day to seal a move to Arsenal.

Everton had rejected a £10m bid for the midfielder but once the Spaniard, 29, put in his request, manager David Moyes decided not stand in his way.

The switch, which was completed close to the 2300 BST deadline, left Everton with little time to find a replacement.

Arteta said: "I've been as professional as I could but that is football."

The deal had looked dead after talks between the two clubs broke down but it was revived soon after Arteta handed in his transfer request an hour before the deadline.

Everton manager David Moyes quickly decided he did not want to keep an unsettled player who was not fully committed to the club.

Arteta said he did not want the manner of his departure to overshadow the six-and-a-half years he spent at Goodison Park.

"It is a big opportunity for me and my family and I think it is the right time for me to take it," he said.

Casey Anthony may be personally laying low, but the onslaught of key players in her murder trial trying to cash in by telling their side of the story has begun.

The prosecutor who failed to convict the alleged killer is releasing a book about it. Casey's parents are going on Dr. Phil to discuss ... who knows with them.

Now Dominic Casey, the private investigator hired by Casey, George and Cindy Anthony to investigate Caylee’s disappearance, may be writing a tell-all as well.

“I’ve been contacted by several publishers,” Dominic told Radar.

As for what he might reveal that didn’t come out in testimony during Casey Anthony’s murder trial, he said: “It would clarify questions people may have.”

Dominic was at the center of controversial testimony in which Casey’s brother, Lee, and her mother, Cindy, seemed to contradict each other on the stand.

Cindy was asked by defense lawyer Jose Baez if she told Dominic Casey to search the area near where Caylee’s remains were eventually found in 2008.

She said she did not tell him to search there, but Lee testified that Cindy had received a tip from a psychic and then told Dominic to search that area.

Lee became emotional discussing Dominic Casey’s search because he said it was the first time he heard they were no longer searching for Caylee alive.

Casey was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter in July and is currently serving a year's probation sentence for a prior check fraud conviction.

Robyn Gardner Case Still Unsolved; Gary Giordano Detained Another Two Months

Gary Giordano will remain in custody for an additional two months in Aruba while local authorities continue to question him about missing Robyn Gardner.

A judge ordered a 60-day extension Wednesday in a closed-door hearing.

Giordano has been held without charges for nearly a month since reporting the disappearance of Gardner during a trip they took to the island nation.

The Maryland businessman told authorities that Robyn Gardner disappeared while on a snorkeling excursion, but authorities say he gave inconsistent stories.

Giordano also is said to be the beneficiary of a $1.5 million insurance policy on Gardner, which has raised officials' suspicions of him dramatically.

There were also reportedly some graphic photos in his possession.

"There are some things we still need to confront him with," said Solicitor General Taco Stein, according to the Associated Press, in a statement.

Andrea Colson, Gardner's mother, says she has "faith and confidence" that officials "know that they will fervently continue their efforts to find Robyn."

"This has been such a difficult time for all of us and your prayers have given us strength," says Colson. "We need to find our daughter."

Arsenal have signed Everton's Mikel Arteta for about £10m after the midfielder submitted a transfer request to force through the move.

The Spanish midfielder joined the Gunners on a four-year deal just before the 2300 BST deadline.

The deal had looked dead earlier after talks between the two clubs broke down but Arteta handed in the transfer request an hour before the deadline.

Arsenal also signed Chelsea's Yossi Benayoun, 31, on a season-long loan.

Benayoun, the Israel captain, wrote on social networking site Twitter, said: "I sign with Arsenal, very happy and excited about it, but now my head is only in the game against grecce on Friday, thanks for the support."

Both clubs later confirmed the deal had gone through.

Chelsea offered Liverpool £8m plus Benayoun for Reds midfielder Raul Meireles on Tuesday, but that deal was rejected.

He joined Blues from Liverpool for £5m in July 2010 but was restricted to 10 appearances last season because of an Achilles injury and has seen only one minute of action this time round.

It had been rumoured Benayoun would be included in an offer from Chelsea for Tottenham playmaker Luka Modric.

Newcastle had also been linked with the Israeli.

Arteta joined Everton from Real Socieded for £2m in 2005 and has scored 35 goals in 208 appearances.

He started his career with Barcelona before spells with Paris Saint-Germain FC and Rangers.

The Spaniard suffered a knee ligament injury in February 2009 and was sidelined for almost a year, and signed a new five-year deal in August 2010.

Arteta was just regaining his top form when a hamstring tear against Birmingham in February hampered his progress. But he was back before the end of the campaign and could reflect on vital goals against Man United and Liverpool amongst his season highlights.

Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown told BBC Sport that both Arteta and Benayoun would be "solid signings".

But when asked if they would be adequate replacements for the departed Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri, Keown added: "No they're not, it's very hard to replace those players.

"I think back to the [Dennis] Bergkamp era, the impetus those players brought. Arteta is a great passer, Benayoun is not getting into Chelsea team. It's a mixed bag for Arsenal fans."

Denmark striker Nicklas Bendtner completed a move away from Emirates Stadium just before the window closed, joining Sunderland on a season-long loan.

Meireles leaves Liverpool for Chelsea

Liverpool midfielder Raul Meireles has made a dramatic move to Chelsea in a deal worth £12m.

The 28-year-old handed in a transfer request on Wednesday and has signed a four-year deal.

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas worked briefly with the Portugal international at Porto before Meireles moved to Anfield last August.

He is currently injured with a collarbone problem suffered at Exeter City in the Carling Cup.

Earlier this week, Liverpool turned down an offer of £8m plus Yossi Benayoun from their London rivals for the player, who they signed for £11.5m last season.

Benayoun announced earlier on Wednesday he had joined Arsenal from Chelsea on loan.

The Stamford Bridge club turned their attention to Meireles after being frustrated in their attempts to sign Tottenham's Luka Modric.

Meireles found his best form at Liverpool after Kenny Dalglish returned as manager in January and made two substitute League appearances this season, earning praise from Dalglish for his part in both goals in the 2-0 win at Arsenal.

Bolton have completed the signing of Liverpool striker David Ngog on a three-year contract.

The 22-year-old has struggled to hold down a regular place since joining the Reds from Paris St Germain in 2008 for £2.5m, managing 94 appearances.

Owen Coyle has been interested in signing the Frenchman for some time and the deal is believed to be worth £4m.

Meanwhile, Chelsea winger Gael Kakuta has also joined Bolton on loan until 1 January.

The 20-year-old Frenchman spent the second half of last season on loan at Fulham, making seven appearances and follows in the footsteps of Daniel Sturridge, who had a successful loan spell at the Reebok Stadium last season.

Kakuta will be hoping for regular first-team football at Bolton

Hargreaves, 30, who was released by Manchester United after four injury-blighted years at Old Trafford, had a medical at City on Tuesday.

The Calgary-born England international will train with his new team-mates at Carrington on Thursday.

Hargreaves had been linked with West Bromwich Albion before emerging as a shock target for City coach Roberto Mancini.

City keeper Joe Hart was visibly stunned when the news of the former Bayern Munich midfielder's possible arrival as a new team-mate was revealed to him during a media briefing while he was on England duty ahead of the Euro 2012 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Wales.

He responded when told of the deal: "Pardon? Is he? Wowzers. Where's that come from? Really? I don't know what to make of that. That's been put right on my toes.

"It could be a massive signing. You can tell how important he was.

Rooney backs Hargreaves City switch

"I've never been involved with him but I saw a lot of him before and how highly he was regarded when he was at Bayern Munich and at Manchester United.

"He's a huge player and if he's fit and a part of Man City, he'll be another great signing."

City defender Joleon Lescott added: "Owen is an experienced player, he has played in the Champions League, is an international. It is only going to be good for the City squad if he signs.

"People ask if it represents a gamble but the club know what they are doing, Owen knows what he is doing. He is still a good player.

"If we can get him fit, I'm sure it won't be very long before he is back to his best. He will be a player with a point to prove after his injuries."

But United striker Wayne Rooney fears his former team-mate will find it difficult to get back to his best.

"He worked really hard and got back last season, played one game and then got a hamstring injury," Rooney said.

"He's been out for a couple of years. I think it will be difficult for him to get back to his best. I hope he can do so.

"From an England point of view he was a type of midfield player that we hadn't really had before.

"If he can get back that would be great but it will be difficult for him."

Hargreaves was England's star performer at the World Cup in Germany in 2006 before joining United for £18m the following year.

Hargreaves played in the 2008 Champions League final victory over Chelsea in Moscow but then began to suffer with knee problems, restricting him to four appearances in three seasons.

He lasted just 10 minutes of his comeback against Wolves last September and United opted not to renew his contract as a result.

Bellamy set for Liverpool return

Manchester City striker Craig Bellamy is set undergo a medical to complete a return to Liverpool.

It is understood the 32-year-old was given permission to leave Wales' training camp at Celtic Manor to head off for talks with the Reds.

Bellamy took a flight to Merseyside where he is undergoing a medical while Liverpool and City discuss terms.

The Wales international left Anfield in 2007 after just 12 months at the club having scored nine goals in 42 matches.

Bellamy has a year left on his contract with City, where he has been out of favour since Roberto Mancini took over in December 2009.

The epic, disturbing feud - which included taped rants, allegations of abuse, blackmail and other sordid deeds - came to an end in Los Angeles Superior Court today. It was decreed that Gibson must pay his former lover $750,000 over the next five years. Among other terms:

Grigorieva will continue to reside in a home owned by the actor in California. Gibson will then sell the estate when daughter Lucia turns 18 and turn all profits over to a trust in her name.

The parties will split custody 50/50.

Neither side is permitted to discuss the the other, or the relationship, in public. Judge Peter D. Lichtman specified that Oksana could not write a book about Gibson.

In 2010, Oksana actually turned down a deal that would have given her $15 million. She thought she could earn more from the Oscar winner. She turned out to be very, very, very, very wrong.

Bravo Confirms Scheduled Premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Bravo has now made it official: the season two premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will air as scheduled, this Monday night at 10 p.m. EST.

Controversy has surrounded the series, of course, since Russell Armstrong took his own life this month. But the network said in a statement today that the situation will be addressed at the outset of the opening episode.

"Bravo will proceed with the Monday, Sept. 5 premiere date of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," said Francis Berwick, president of Bravo Media. "Given that these episodes were filmed months ago, the producers of the show taped a brief interview this week with several of the cast members to introduce the premiere. Reediting of the episodes is still underway.

"Our thoughts continue to be with the Armstrong family during this difficult time."
